1.  How do I get started?   

Call us today at 906-360-2090 or go to the “Contact” page and send us an email.  We will come to your home to do a free assessment.

2. Do I have to be home for cleanings?

No.  It is your preference to be home or not.  The majority of our clients provide us with a key that is kept in a secure, locked area with no name or address reference.

3. Are your employees screened and background checked?

Yes, all employees are screened by HireRight.

4. Do you use my vacuum and cleaning solutions?

Dust For You provides state of the art equipment and our own cleaning solutions, most of which are earth friendly.  If you prefer we will use what you provide.

5. What about pets?

All of us at Dust For You love animals.  Upon booking we like to put your pets name on file along with any special instructions regarding your pet.

6. Are your staff insured?

Yes, all of our staff are insured, bonded and covered by workman’s compensation.

7. What if something is damaged or broken?

We take great care while cleaning your home.  However, should something become damaged or broken we will make every effort to either replace or repair the item.  It is our policy that our staff report any damage as soon as possible.

8. How will I know when you are coming to clean?

Do to the nature of cleaning, it is not always possible for us to provide an exact appointment time.  However, we will do our best to provide you with an estimated arrival window.  We can also provide for phone or text confirmation.

9. What if I need to change or cancel my appointment?

We understand that sometimes things happen beyond our control.  We require at least 48 hours notice of a cancellation prior to a scheduled cleaning.  There is a $25 late cancellation fee/lockout fee for canceling or rescheduling a visit in less than 48 hours before.  The same fee applies if we are unable to gain access to your home.  Our staff rely upon the work we provide them and we must always respect their time.  We dislike charging fees as well, but we have to be considerate of our staff and we thank you for understanding.

10. How and when do I pay for cleaning?

We ask that payment is made at the time of service, many customers will leave a check for us.  We also accept credit cards and paypal.

11. Do you sell gift certificates?

We certainly do!  Gift certificates make great gifts for any occasion!
